Ladle Slide Gate Mechanism

Easy usability, extreme stress resistance and minimal deformations at high temperatures make our ladle slide gate (LSG) mechanism stand out. With full compatibility with all types of ladles, the LSG mechanism can be used to optimally handle the slide gate plates, collector nozzles, upper nozzles, and other related components. Nodular cast iron of high gradation is used to design our LSG systems, ensuring greater reliability & durability. Ladle Well-filler

Backed by extensive research, our ladle well-filler refractories have precise sintering characteristics. Zircon, chromite and quartz sands are used to design the fillers, which help in smooth and completely safe opening of the steel casting ladles. Customised ladle well-fillers are present in our portfolio, to meet precise steelmaking requirements. Chances of oxygen burning and resultant ladle opening failures are considerably reduced, bolstering the overall reliability, effectiveness & safety of refractory dispensing systems.
