The plates have an octagonal design based on 3D stress Modelling and Finite Element Method analysis studies.

The octagonal shape with hot banding limits crack propagation & provides thermo-mechanical stability. Special ceramic cushion mats allows perfect sitting in the mechanism along with better thermal stability.
