NCM quick nozzle changer for billet, bloom and beam blank casters provides effective and simple solution for long sequence casting for higher productivity.

The system is used for quick change of metering nozzles of different diameter as per casting demand without stopping the casting process. NCM ensures safe casting operation with emergency strand shut-off with refractory blank plate.
