Tundish Slide Gate (TSG) solution for Bloom and Billet caster ensures highest productivity through optimised sequence length.
TSG mechanism uses three plate system for precise flow control of steel from Tundish to Mould.
The system can be integrated for full automatic casting with mould level control and other systems like mould overflow and breakout warning systems.
To achieve uniform force distribution during nozzle change and casting operation TSG system uses TDEs (Thermodynamic Elements) instead of coil springs.
