Injection Monolance

Oxygen re-heat lance

For quicker and better ladle processing, we manufacture state-of-the-art oxygen reheat lances. The lance tip is located near the slag or steel level, and the lances also speed up the overall steel reheating process. The high thermal resistance of the lances adds further stability to the secondary steelmaking stage. The length of the lance refractory is carefully determined, after accounting for the progressive loss in length due to superheating. Our oxygen reheat lances help in boosting productivity as well.
