Shishir Kumar Bajoria, son of Late B P Bajoria, fondly known as SKB, is a well-known Indian industrialist. He is the Promoter of S K Bajoria Group and is engaged in diversified business activities like manufacturing of Specialised Refractories for the Iron & Steel Industry, Composite Insurance Broking, Third Party Administration for Health, and Travel Insurance. SKB leads the group from the front and has been a key decision-maker for IFGL.

In the past, he has been the President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Director of West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) and Industrial Promotion & Investment Corporation of Odisha (IPICO). He has been decorated by Knighthood from Denmark and Italy.

Mihir Bajoria has a diploma in Politics and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University. He has more than decade of extensive knowledge of intricacies of refractory industry. He was previously based in UK where he oversaw the operations of the Company’s overseas subsidiaries and is now based in Kolkata.

Rajesh Agarwal is Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been Company Secretary of erstwhile Indo Flogates Limited and IFGL Refractories Limited, and the Company prior to being appointed as Whole-time Director and designated as Director – General Counsel of the Company, on and from Saturday, 12th November, 2022. He has experience of more than three decades in Corporate Laws, Taxation and Legal matters.

Mukesh Rawal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgy and is a US citizen of Indian origin. He served as President of the Company’s US-based Material Subsidiary, Mono Ceramics Inc. and was Head of IFGL Group, Americas until 15 August 2026. He joined IFGL Group in the year 1983 and possesses vast experience of Refractories as well as of Iron and Steel industries. He is well known amongst both manufacturers of Refractories as well as Iron and Steel in India and abroad.

Debal Kumar Banerji is a Senior Advocate, practising in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in field of Civil and Commercial Laws. He is the elder son of former Attorney General of India, Late Milon Kumar Banerji. His mother Late Prof. Anita Banerji was Head of the Department of Economics, Jadavpur University.

Sudhamoy Khasnobis, an Engineering Graduate, is a career banker with broad and diversified experience in development banking and project finance, structured finance, investment banking and loan origination, stressed assets management and workouts. Accredited with conceptualization and implementation of ARC business model in India by framing business strategies – development of guidelines, framework and policies – familiarising the Indian banking system to the concept of ARC business. He last held the position of Managing Director & CEO of Asset Reconstruction Company of (India) Limited, the pioneer Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) in India for 5 years.

D.G. Rajan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was a Partner of Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants from 1967 and retired as a Senior Partner in 1990. He was also President of the Management Consultants Association of India, Chairman of the Southern Region of the Indian Paint Association, Chairman of Direct Tax Committee of Southern India Chamber of Commerce, Member of Board of Governors of The Doon School.

Gaurav Swarup is a qualified engineer and holds an MBA degree from Harvard University. He is an industrialist of repute and is presently Chairman and Managing Director of Industrial and Prudential Investment Company Limited, a Listed Company. He is also Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd.

He is Director of several other public and private companies and member/chairman of Board Committees of such Companies.

Anita Gupta is a Global Media & Communications Executive. She serves as Head of Global Media Relations & Regional Head of CSB Americas, thought Leadership and Communication strategy at Deutsche Post DHL. She started her career in the Consumer Industry with Bata International. Later she transitioned to the financial services industry and joined American Express Bank and later Citibank India. She is a strong proponent for women’s causes which promote education and livelihood building. She has over 30 years of Executive Leadership experience and is an expert in designing and executing global media strategies for major organizations and brands.

Akshay Bajoria has been associated with IFGL Refractories for nearly 15 years, having begun his journey with the Company as a Trainee. A graduate in Finance and Business Administration from the University of San Diego, he has gained cross-functional experience across Operations, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, contributing to the Company’s growth over the years. His diverse experience across key business functions reflects his strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of the business.

Manoj Rakhecha, a Mandarin-speaking, multilingual Chartered Accountant and First Class B.Com (Hons) graduate, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, commercial, and supply chain management. With over two decades in the industry, Manoj has previously held key positions including Dy-CEO India at IFGL Refractories, General Manager at IFGL Refractories Visakhapatnam Plant, Commercial Director at Monocon UK, and General Manager at Tianjin Monocon China. Manoj’s notable projects include the greenfield setup of IFGL’s latest state-of-the-art plant in Vizag to produce monolithics, large precast shapes, casting flux granules, and mag carbon bricks. He has worked in foreign subsidiaries within multicultural environments in China and the UK. He also possesses comprehensive knowledge of various refractory minerals and equipment and is actively involved in their procurement from China.

Thorsten Reuther is a highly experienced foundry engineer and Certified Mechanical Technician (CMT), with particular expertise in gating, risering technologies, automotive & large DI castings, and holds a main course engineering degree from the University for Applied Sciences Gießen-Friedberg.. He has more than 10 years of experience as the key account manager in the field of executive function and international operations. Mr. Reuther has been associated with Hofmann Ceramic since 2001, and is presently the managing director of the company.

Mr. Graham William Carson has served as the President of the company since September 1st, 2025. With extensive experience in refractories and their applications in steel plant operations worldwide, he brings invaluable expertise to his leadership role.
He holds a HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Clydebank Technical College, Scotland, completed between 1982 and 1987.
Before stepping into the role of President, Mr. Carson held the position of Vice President of Sales at the company. He has been with the company for 23 years and has accumulated a total of 38 years of experience in the refractory industry.

Amit Agarwal joined IFGL back in 2012 as a Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance), and is presently the Chief Financial Officer of the organisation. A holder of the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from St. Xavier’s College (Kolkata), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Agarwal has over 12 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, as well as in the domain of manufacturing.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Kedia, US citizen of India origin, holds B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Calcutta University, Associate Membership of ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, IMA(USA) and holds CPA license from State of Montana Board of Public Accountants (USA). He joined IFGL Group in April 1998 and has been with the group for more than 28 years and has accumulated a total of 34 years of experience primarily in manufacturing industry. With extensive hands-on operational and executive experience in various positions, he would bring invaluable expertise to his leadership role.

Mr Frank Mitchell, US citizen, holds a High School Diploma and has completed college coursework. He joined the Company in October 1988 and has been with the Company for more than 37 years and has accumulated a total of 40 years of experience primarily in Manufacturing Industry. With extensive hands-on operational and executive experience in various positions, he would bring invaluable expertise to his leadership role.

Hirdesh Sehgal is an IIT Graduate and a veteran in refractories industry with over 36 years of experience. He has held diverse roles spanning projects, production, maintenance and engineering, product design and business development. Hirdesh has completed several management development programs from IIM-Ahmedabad, TMTC and ISB, Hyderabad. He has lead the successful execution of ₹600 cr projects in last 6 years including robotics and automation, High temperature furnaces, Tap hole clay and Black refractories projects

Manoranjan brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the refractories industry, spanning Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. An engineer with an Executive MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam, he has previously worked with two of the leading names in the refractories sector before joining IFGL.

During the course of his career, he led several strategic initiatives that strengthened market leadership across the Iron and Steel segments—introducing new technologies such as Dry Working Lining, THC, and Stack Shotcreting, while also driving major project acquisitions across leading steel majors. His expertise in building customer partnerships, optimizing sourcing strategies, and driving operational excellence has been widely recognized in the industry.

Manoranjan currently serves as Chief Sales Officer at IFGL Refractories Ltd., leading the entire India Sales Operation. His strong customer focus, strategic mindset, and result-driven approach continue to contribute significantly to IFGL’s growth and market leadership.

Ajit Kumar Srivastava, holder of a Master’s degree in Electronics and an MBA in Marketing, has worked extensively across Cement, Coke Oven, Lime, Zinc, Paper, Power, Steel, and Oil Refinery sectors. Throughout his career, he has led domestic and international business development, strategic account management, product and solution marketing, market expansion, team building, plant operations, and customer relationship management.

Mansi Damani is a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. She joined S K Bajoria group of Companies in the year 2002 and is presently designated as Company Secretary of IFGL Refractories Limited. She has more than two decades of working experience in Refractory Industry and currently handles Legal, Taxation and Secretarial Compliances.
