James McIntosh

James McIntosh, holder of a Master’s Degree in Technological Marketing, has experience of more than three decades in the Refractory industry, particularly manufacturing and marketing of high quality Isostatically pressed flow control Refractories for the Iron and Steel industry. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01.09.2021, he has been President of the Company’s step-down subsidiary, EI Ceramics LLC based in OHIO, USA.

Arasu S

Arasu comes with 30+ years of experience in the refractories industry. A Post-Graduate (M.Tech.) in Ceramic Technology from Anna University and a Life Member of the Indian Ceramic Society, he is specialises in operations and sales services. He has previously been associated with industry heavyweights like Tata Refractories and Dalmia OCL Refractories Ltd, and has a proud track record of involvement in the Steel, Cement & other Non-ferrous market segments.

Mihir Bajoria

Rajesh Agarwal

Rajesh Agarwal is Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been Company Secretary of erstwhile Indo Flogates Limited and IFGL Refractories Limited, and the Company prior to being appointed as Whole-time Director and designated as Director – General Counsel of the Company, on and from Saturday, 12th November, 2022. He has experience of more than three decades in Corporate Laws, Taxation and Legal matters.

Mark Payne

Mark Payne, holder of a specialisation degree in Metallurgy along with a MBA degree from Sheffield Hallam University has veteran level work experience of over 40 years in a wide range of technical, commercial, sales and senior management roles in the metals and refractories industry. He has been associated with the IFGL Group since 2007, handling various posts in IFGL and Monocon as well as being a member of the Monocon Board of Directors. Mr. Payne is presently the CEO & Director of Monocon Group and is responsible for Monocon’s UK and China Operations.

Thorsten Reuther

Thorsten Reuther is a highly experienced foundry engineer and Certified Mechanical Technician (CMT), with particular expertise in gating, risering technologies, automotive & large DI castings, and holds a main course engineering degree from the University for Applied Sciences Gießen-Friedberg.. He has more than 10 years of experience as the key account manager in the field of executive function and international operations. Mr. Reuther has been associated with Hofmann Ceramic since 2001, and is presently the managing director of the company.

Mukesh Rawal

Mukesh Rawal has been associated with the IFGL Group since 1983. A Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy: Faculty of Engineering & Technology from MS University of Baroda, India, Mr. Rawal has over 4 decades of experience in the refractory industry – with specialisation in ladle slide gate systems, ladle inert gas purging systems, and flow control in continuous casting. Having started his journey at IFGL as a service engineer for ladle slide gate system, Mr. Rawal has held multiple positions and currently takes care of the business of IFGL Group in North & South America.

Samit Sengupta

Samit Sengupta, the President of Marketing & Sales – Domestic & International Business at IFGL, comes with extensive experience in the Ceramics & Refractory Technology sector. He holds the prestigious B.Sc. Tech Ceramics degree from the University of Kolkata, as well as the PGDM diploma from IMT Ghaziabad, and has previously been associated with organisations like Orient Abrasives Limited, TRL Krosaki Limited and Puyang Refractories Group Company Limited. Mr. Sengupta has been working with IFGL Refractories since 2016.

Amit Agarwal

Amit Agarwal joined IFGL back in 2012 as a Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance), and is presently the Chief Financial Officer of the organisation. A holder of the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from St. Xavier’s College (Kolkata), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Agarwal has over 12 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, as well as in the domain of manufacturing.

Mr. N.K Mishra

Dr. Narendra Kumar Mishra brings over 38 years of refractory industry experience to IFGL. Holding a Ph.D. in Refractories from Sambalpur University, M.Sc & B.Sc degrees in Chemistry from Utkal University and an MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi, he is a respected member of the research fraternity. His previous engagements include significant roles at RHIM India & West Asia, Calderys India Refractories Limited, and OCL India Limited, where he has been instrumental in product innovation and technological advancements.

Mansi Damani

Mansi Damani is a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. She joined S K Bajoria group of Companies in the year 2002 and is presently designated as Company Secretary of IFGL Refractories Limited. She has more than two decades of working experience in Refractory Industry and currently handles Legal, Taxation and Secretarial Compliances.
