Ladle Well-filler

Nozzlex or Ladle well filler is used to fill the inner nozzle and the ladle well block in the slide gate system.

Ladle well filler plays an important role in free opening of the ladle slide gate at the beginning of casting. It has significant role on the quality of the cast steel.

Good quality ladle well filler ensures safety of ladle operators.

IFGL offers Chromite and Zircon based Ladle Well Fillers, which do not sinter at high temperature and have excellent flowability, ensuring free opening of ladle.
